White Wines
A beautiful, rich Chardonnay. The aroma reveals candied fruit and toasted bread. The palate is very direct, with strong fruity notes, such as mango. It lingers for a long time, revealing the oak and some spicy notes.
Exuberantly fruity aroma with peppery citrus, grapefruit, green plum and minerals. Tightly dry and crisp on the palate with notes of green apple, citrus and pear, with a long, mineral finish.
The wine has a beautiful pure scent with impressions of flowers, citrus fruit, apple and something of peach. The beautiful bouquet continues in the taste of this Hugel Riesling Classic. The taste is lively and mildly dry with a clean bouquet of yellow and white fruit. In short, an Alsace wine to remember!
The chalky soils around Montemarzino, Montegioco and Monleale give this Timorasso its mineral tension and length. A full and complex wine with aromas of ripe peach, honey and almond, with structure and depth, thanks to eight months of aging on the fine lees. The finish is dry, precise and remarkably long.

A classic Pouilly-Fumé from four different terroirs, with a fine balance of fruit, freshness and minerality. The nose reveals ripe yellow fruit, citrus and a hint of toast, supported by a subtle smoky undertone.
A crisp, fresh Chablis with pronounced minerality and lively acidity. The nose reveals citrus, green apple and a hint of wet stone. The palate is pure and taut, with a subtle salinity and a long, dry finish. Typical northern terroir on Kimméridgian limestone is beautifully expressed here.
This Verdejo has matured for 8 months in new French oak barrels. This makes the wine delicious on the palate, full and creamy. In addition, complex and elegant with refreshing citrus notes in balance with the acidity and a long and spicy finish. Favourite of the owner!
From vines dating back to 1930, the estate’s oldest, planted on clay with fine gravel for well-draining subsoil. The low yields produce a concentrated wine with structure and refinement. The 16 to 20 months of aging impart roundness, depth and a soft, rich texture. The nose reveals ripe stone fruit, almond and a hint of brioche. The palate is full and silky smooth, with the characteristic balance of power and elegance that defines Meursault.
Red Wines
This Primitivo has a deep red colour. The aroma reveals fruity flavours such as cherries and blackberries wrapped in chocolate. These flavours are beautifully complemented by notes of vanilla and cocoa on the palate. The freshness of this wine is particularly striking.
A powerful and layered red wine with intense expression and fresh acidity. In the glass the wine reveals deep aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and a hint of vanilla, refined with subtle oak notes thanks to partial aging in French oak. The palate is full and rounded with ripe dark fruit, soft spice and velvety tannins.
Aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and a hint of rose petal, complemented by a soft spice. The palate is elegant and smooth, with delicate red fruit and a light earthy note. The tannins are refined and rounded, giving the wine an accessible yet layered finish.
Made from 85% Syrah and 15% Grenache, sourced from chalky soils. After ten months of aging in barriques, the wine reveals itself ruby red in the glass, with a restrained nose of small red fruits and subtle spice. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, with good structure without sacrificing lightness.

This Châteauneuf-du-Pape opens with aromas of wildflowers, blackcurrant and a hint of spice. The palate is powerful and full-bodied with ripe black fruits, velvety tannins and a savoury undertone. The blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Muscardin provides structure, depth and balance.
At the foot of the Corton hills, Les Crapousuets produces a distinctly powerful and layered wine, sourced from old vines on deep, chalky clay soils. The colour is bright ruby with depth; the nose opens on red berries and roses, refined and pure. On the palate, it combines ripe fruit intensity with firm, terroir-inspired tannins and a touch of floral elegance. The structure is rich and full, yet with sufficient suppleness. Favourite of the owner!
100% Nebbiolo: Intense garnet in colour, the nose shows floral and spicy notes perfectly blended; with tobacco, cherries, cocoa and fresh raspberry highlights. The palate is rich, full-bodied and elegant.
Rosé Wines
Cinsault,/Grenache: This refined Rosé from the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence enchants with its beautiful salmon colour, almost pale and delicate aromas of strawberries and peaches. In the mouth it reveals a harmonious interplay of fruity notes and refreshing citrus accents. Taste is complex, soft, round and refined. Deliciously ripe citrus fruit, hints of blossom and roses. Long slightly spicy aftertaste.
Carmenere / Corvina / Syrah / Trebbiano di Lugana: Pale pink, floral bouquet with impressions of red fruit (cherries, raspberries) that continues in the lively and fresh taste with a spicy touch. … 11 minutes is the time it takes for the tractor to bring the picked grapes to the wine cellar … 11 minutes is the time when the grapes are gently pressed … 11 minutes the grape skins remain in contact with the must so that the light colour is obtained for this rosé. A juicy, tasty rosé that deserves to be drunk all year round!
Desserts Wines
An amber coloured, fully sweet grape juice from the “golden muscatel” with a rich and sultry scent of caramelised sugar and raisins which can be found in the taste.
Gonzalez Byass, Nectar, Pedro Ximenez, Jerez, Spain This dark brown, sweet, ‘thick’ dessert wine has a flavour of raisons and sun-dried figs.
