White Wines
Pale colour with green hues, the intense bouquet shows off floral notes and an impression of citrus. The exuberant, mouth-watering Sauvignon is kept in check by the Sémillon in the blend. No sulfites are added for fermentation.
Intense nose and elegant wood tones. Medium full flavour that combines perfectly with the existing notes of white flowers and tropical fruits. Round on the palate with a remarkable finish.
Dry, elegant white wine with a particularly fresh and lively bouquet with lots of fruit and floral notes. Favourite of the Chef!
100% Arneis: Native Italian grape from vines of at least 25 years old. Straw yellow in colour and consistent structure. The elegant floral aromas are primarily present, the fruity aromas of pear and apricot, but also dried fruit. Round but with at the same time also a delicate minerality, which together give a long aftertaste.
Pale yellow, in bouquet and taste white fruit comes to the fore, whereby the spicy minerality beautifully combines with an elegant structure that provides a delicious finish.
White Rioja, 100% Viura. Placet is a wine with character, concentrate and complexity. Fresh and perfumed nose of white and exotic fruit aromas combined with honeyed citrus notes. Round and savoury on the palate, splendid integration of oak, fruit and acidity with a long flavourful finish and good minerality. Favourite of the owner!
Expressive aromas of yellow fruits accompanied by white flowers, citrus and pear lead to layers of concentrated flavours, great minerality and a core of acidity. After hand-harvesting, grapes are lightly crushed by foot before pressing. Aged from 12 to 14 months in 15-20% percent new French oak. This is the most complex of Monnot’s Meursault cuvées.
Red Wines
Smooth and friendly with the fresh fruitiness of red berries and sultry ripe cherries. Subtle hints of flowers in the mild aftertaste.
In this smooth, oaked Spanish wine the freshness of berries and cherries is alternated with the sultriness of vanilla and coconut. The finish is creamy with a hint of caramel.
This fragrant Shiraz has an attractive purple, red hue and a seductive scent of ripe forest fruits and spices. It is lightly oaked and in the mouth full, round and smooth. The aftertaste is fruity, spicy, uplifting and firm.
Nebbiolo / Dolcetto / Barbera: Delicious red wine from the multi-award winning winery G.D. Vajra. A purple red wine with aromas of red fruits and plums as well as floral and spicy notes.
“Attitude” Pinot Noir has a brilliant ruby color with elegant flavors of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a finish that shows elegance and balance, while the fruit and subtle oak show the nobility of Pinot Noir.
An extremely aromatic, sultry wine from 100% Tempranillo grapes coming from very old (50 year) vines. After a careful grape selection the wine is ripened for 2 years in new French oak barrels and then for a long period in the bottle. The result is a perfectly balanced round wine, extremely concentrated with aromas of blueberry confiture and steeped black prunes, complexity, finesse and a long elegant aftertaste. Delicious!!
The second wine of the famous wine estate Château Labégorce. This Cru Bourgeois now belongs to one of the permanent references in the Margaux appellation. Composed of 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot. Fresh aromas of black forest fruits and vanilla. Fruity taste with ripe tannins and a long powerful finish.
100% Nebbiolo: Intense garnet in colour, the nose shows floral and spicy notes perfectly blended; with tobacco, cherries, cocoa and fresh raspberry highlights. The palate is rich, full-bodied and elegant.


Rosé Wines
Cabernet Sauvignon / Cinsault / Syrah: A salmon Rosé wine with a bouquet of citrus and exotic fruits. Invigorating with a fruity finish in the aftertaste.
Carmenere / Corvina / Syrah / Trebbiano di Lugana: Pale pink, floral bouquet with impressions of red fruit (cherries, raspberries) that continues in the lively and fresh taste with a spicy touch. … 11 minutes is the time it takes for the tractor to bring the picked grapes to the wine cellar … 11 minutes is the time when the grapes are gently pressed … 11 minutes the grape skins remain in contact with the must so that the light colour is obtained for this rosé. A juicy, tasty rosé that deserves to be drunk all year round!
Desserts Wines
An amber coloured, fully sweet grape juice from the “golden muscatel” with a rich and sultry scent of caramelised sugar and raisins which can be found in the taste.
Gonzalez Byass, Nectar, Pedro Ximenez, Jerez, Spain This dark brown, sweet, ‘thick’ dessert wine has a flavour of raisons and sun-dried figs.
